TRADITION

The old cellar was built before the century XVII. It is buried to avoid temperature alterations and keep humidity constant. In addition, it is equipped with cement tanks which have been renovated and covered with epoxy resin, being excellent for keeping the wine.

Our spirit of tradition and commitment has enhanced to convert part of the old cellar into unique museum full of historic machines dated from the century XVII.
