INNOVATION
The new cellar is a modern facility with steel structure, built over stone with walls of 60 cm, which contains the most modern technology for the elaboration of the highest quality wines. Fully automated, stainless steel tanks fitted with an advance cooling control system, hydraulic presses, new oak casks and new elaboration equipment.
The
new cave has capacity for 600 barrels. The
predominant barrels are from Hungarian as due to its characteristics allows
the wine (specially the Monastrell variety) to express their full fruity
personality without being fully covered by the oak aromas. The cave also
includes an ageing bottle storehouse
with capacity for 200.000 bottles.
The bottling machine is brand new and contains the last most advantages technologies. In addition, it includes a micro filtration system.
